All About Eileen

Eileen spent years getting a Master’s degree in costume design for the theatre, and then chucked it all to make her way in the world of Corporate America. She turned her creative focus to writing in 2010, and has begun submitting her work to the contest circuit, with excellent results. Her first manuscript, A WHISPER TO THE WILD, won the Historical category in the 2011 Emily contest, and was a finalist in many contests that same year, including the Marlene, the Sheila, the Royal Ascot, the Molly, and the Golden Pen. Most gratifying of all, Eileen was named a finalist in the prestigious Romance Writers of America® Golden Heart® contest in 2012. Eileen is currently working on a whole slew of new work (which is currently burning up the contest circuit) and plans to keep submitting in the hopes that she will finally be able to make her next – and hopefully LAST – career change.
